摘要
心理压力过重不仅严重影响教师的身心健康,而且还会对学生的身心健康发展产生广泛的负面影响。因此,教师应学会对心理压力进行自我调适,以实现身心健康的自我维护,并对学生的身心发展施以积极影响。
Too much psychological pressure can not only seriously influence teachers' health physically and mentally, but also produce negative influences on the students' health in their bodies and minds. Thus, teachers need to learn how to adjust their psychological pressures by themselves so as to keep their bodies and minds healthy, at the same time, to exert positive influences on the development of the students' bodies and minds.
