摘要
柔嫩艾美球虫(Eimeriatenella)敏感株在复方抗球虫制剂剂量递增的情况下,经过10次传代,诱导出其对复方抗球虫制剂的抗药性;经过8次传代,诱导出柔嫩艾美球虫抗氯嗪苯乙氰株对复方抗球虫制剂的抗药性。与单一用药相比,柔嫩艾美球虫对复方抗球虫制剂的抗药性产生较慢,复方抗球虫制剂控制柔嫩艾美球虫敏感株的效果比控制抗氯嗪苯乙氰株的效果要好。
By serial passing Eimeria tenella in chickens medicated with progressively greater doses, resis-tance of the E.tenella sensitive strain to a compound anticoccidial preparation was induced after 10 passages, and resistance of the diclazuril-resistant strain to the compound was developed after 8 passages. However, compared with a single drug. However, the resistance was slower to be developedto the compound and the compound was more effective to the sensitive strain than to the diclazuril-resistant strain of E.tenella.
