女大学生就业问题的经济学分析 被引量:15

摘要 由于经济因素、制度因素、用人单位及大学生本身等因素的制约,在当前大学生就业的整体形势十分严峻的情况下,女大学生就业更是难上加难。运用凯恩斯的失业理论和贝克尔的歧视理论对女大学生就业难的问题进行分析,认为女大学生本身的因素及用人单位的性别歧视因素是造成女大学生就业难的主要因素,从而建议:①女大学毕业生要能正确认识自我并努力提高自身素质;②国家应针对女大学生的“自然附着成本”,制定相应的政策法规并加强执法力度。以期从根本上改善女大学生就业难的问题。 Restricted by the factor of economy,policy,units of employment and college students themselves, etc, the whole employment situation of college students is very severe at present.It is extremely more difficult for women college students to obtain employment. Keynes′ unemployment theory and Becker′s discrimination theory have been used to analyze the difficulty for women college students in obtaining employment.Some measures to solve this difficult problem are proposed.Firstly,women college students should evaluate themselves correctly and try to improve themselves.Secondly, the government should establish and carry out the policy aiming at the natural appended cost of women college students.
