摘要
为了降低费用和减少风险,对购电公司投标组合策略进行了初步探讨,确定购电公司在不同市场中的购电量。讨论了购电公司在合同市场和现货市场两市场的购电分配问题,通过对确定需求和随机总需求两种情况的分析和研究, 得出了这两种情况下合同市场最优购电量的解析式。
In order to reduce the expenses and the risk, purchasers bid combination strategy is presented and discuased. The power purchasing-amounts in various electricity markets are con-firmed. Power purchasing-assignment problems under spot market and contract market are analyzed. Based on the analysis under assured requirement and random requirement, the optimal power purchasing-amount formula is proposed.
