摘要
目的研究发酵灵芝菌丝体对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的化学性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法50只小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只。灵芝菌丝体低、中、高3剂量组分别灌胃给予灵芝菌丝体混悬液0.3,0.6,0.9g·kg-1·d-1,空白对照组和模型对照组则同期给予等容量0.9%氯化钠注射液。30d后,低、中、高剂量组和模型对照组腹腔注射CCl4致小鼠化学性肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清中的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)等生化指标,同时对肝组织进行病理组织学检查。结果灵芝菌丝体可使化学性肝损伤小鼠升高的血清ALT、AST和肝脏指数降低,并使肝脏病理损伤性变化减轻。结论灵芝菌丝体对化学性肝损伤小鼠有保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of mycelia of glossy ganoderma on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl_ 4 ) in mice. Methods Fifty mice were equally divided into five groups. The low, middle and high dose group were given 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 g·kg -1 ·d -1 mycelia of glossy ganoderma, i.g.. The control group and the model group received equivalent volumes of sodium chloride injection i.g.. After 30 d, the low, middle, high dose groups and the model group were given CCl_ 4 by injection in mouse's abdomen. The serum levels of alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) were tested, and the liver pathologic histology was examined. Results The serum levels of ALT and AST in the low, middle, high dose groups of was significantly decreased, and the spleen lesion and hepatic pathological injury were relieved. Conclusion The mycelium of glossy ganoderma has protective effect on liver injury by CCl_ 4 in mice.
