本文首先给出了Γ—正则半群上的群同余刻划．然后定义了Γ—逆半群的幂等分离核正规系，证明了Γ—逆半群上的幂等分离核正规系决定一个Γ—逆半群上的幂等分离同余，及Γ—逆半群上的幂等分离同余核是一个幂等分离核正规系．拓广了［１］的纬果．

This paper first gives a characterization or Γ-group congnence on a Γ-regular Semigroup.Then An idempotent-separating Kernel normal system or Γ-inverse semigroup is defined and it is proved that an idempotent-Separating Kernel normal system of Γ-inverse semigroup determines an idempotent-semigroup Congruences and the Kernel or an idempotent-separating congruence on Γ-inverse semigroup is an idempotent-Separating Kernel normal system.
