本文利用不动点定理，证明了Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间中具不连续右端微分方程解的唯一存在性及对参数的依赖性．

In this paper, we prove the unique existence and continuous dependence on parameter of solutions for abstract differential equation in Banach space by mean's or fixed point theorem.
