宫腔粘连的超声诊断价值探讨

The Study of Super Diagnosis Value for the Vagina Temple that Glues

目的:探讨宫腔粘连的阴道超声诊断价值。方法:对63例临床怀疑宫腔粘连的患者进行阴道超声检查,取组织病理检查,并根据宫腔粘连的阴道超声分型与临床改变及与病理检查的结果作相关统计学分析。结果:阴道超声提示诊断正确率87.3%,宫腔粘连的阴道超声分型与临床症状的改变及病理结果分度相比较经统计学处理(P<0.005),说明宫腔粘连的阴道超声分型与临床症状的改变及病理结果分度具有明显的相关性。结论:阴道超声对宫腔粘连具有较高的诊断价值,阴道超声检查可以作为宫腔粘连筛选的首选方法并对指导宫腔粘连治疗方法的选择具有重要的意义。

Objective:To investigate the vagina-ultrasounds diagnosis for the uterus cavity glues. Methods: Sity-three patients of suspicius of uterus cavity glues were examined with the vagina-ultrasounds and the tissues were taken for pathologic detection. the related covariance analysis was performed according to a cent type in its vagina with clinical change and with pathology check of result.Results: The super cent type in a vagina for hinting correctness was 87.3%,temple gluing connecting in result vagin has changes and pathologic result cent a vagina,compared with which was lerned by covariance handling(P<0.005),which explains the obvious relativity on gluing connections of the clinical symptom.Conclusion:Vagina super sound has a very high diagnose value in vagina temple that glues.It can also be the best choosing method and has the important meaning to guiding the connecting curing method for vagina temple that glues.
