摘要
提出了一种新型的基于声光可调滤光器(AOTF)的便携式近红外光谱测量仪,该仪器可用于液态食品的组分浓度的测量。概述了声光可调滤光器的基本工作原理,并详细介绍了便携式近红外光谱仪的系统结构和组成。对一组成分含量已知的牛奶的光谱所建立的线性回归模型的分析表明,该模型具有良好的相关性,满足实际生产的需要。
A novel portable NIR spectrum instrument based on acousto-optic tunable filter is presented. The instrument can be applied to detect the ingredient concentration of liquid food. The principle of acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) is presented. The structures of the measuring system are described in detail. Also near-infrared spectroscopy of a group of milk sample, whose components are known, is measured. Linear regression models founded show that this models have good relativity. The system can meet the requirement for the manufacture.
