摘要
用H2O2(w=30%)对含烯烃的模拟油品进行氧化,探讨了各种催化剂对氧化反应的影响。结果表明,酸碱催化剂都可促进H2O2氧化反应的进行,对降低油品中烯烃效果,有机酸条件明显好于碱性和中性条件,甲酸的催化效果优于乙酸。在H2O2 甲酸氧化降烯烃的过程中,当3种样品的体积比即V(模拟油品):V(H2O2)∶V(甲酸)=4∶1∶1,反应温度45℃,反应时间1h时,模拟体系中烯烃降低率为35.8%,流化催化裂化汽油中烯烃降低率达22.1%。
The removal ability to olefin in simulated system with H_2O_2 as oxidant was studied. The influences of different catalysts on the oxidation reaction were discussed. The results show that organic acids and NaOH can catalyze the oxidation reaction. Organic acids as catalyst in the oxidation reaction are the best for decreasing olefin content in all conditions. The catalysis of the formic acid is higher than that of the acetic acid. The optimum oxidizing conditions for decreasing olefin content by H_2O_2-formic acid were determined. The volumetric ratio of simulated oil to H_2O_2 to formic acid is 4∶1∶1, the reaction temperature is 45 ℃,and the reaction time is 1 hour. Under the condition, olefin content in simulated system can be decreased by 15.9 unit, the removal ratio of olefin is 35.8%, olefin content in the FCC gasoline can be decreased by 8.8 unit, the removal ratio of olefin is 22.1%.
