“单回路”法及其在高速气体离心机取料器能耗测量上的应用

摘要 取料器能耗直接影响离心机的使用寿命和经济性,一直是国内外的研究热点和难点。而实际离心机中,取料器能耗混在整机能耗中,不能直接测量。为分离出Y 2型气体离心机轻、重组分取料器的能耗,提出了以"单回路"模拟双回路的试验方法,在实际离心机上进行改造,模拟实际运行工况,进行能耗实时测量;同时,为保证测量精度,引入微机数据自动采集系统,改进了测量装置。试验表明:"单回路"试验法进行能耗测量是可靠的,试验结果为强旋流场中理论模型的修正、流场计算和离心机取料器的优化设计提供了必要数据,该方法对其他类型离心机的优化设计也有很大的参考价值。 The consumption of scoops, being mixed in the whole machine, can't be measured directly, and influences the lifespan and economic performance of centrifuge, which having been a research hotspot in the world. In order to measure respective power consumption of scoops in the Y-2 centrifuge, 'the single circuit method' is put forward, and the device for measuring power loss is improved by the auto data-acquisitiontyston with high accuracy. The result indicates that 'the single circuit method' is credible for research on energy loss by scoops, and provides necessary data for computing fluid field, modifying theoretical model as well as making optimum designs of scoop, and helpful to the other centrifuge, too.
