摘要
城市生活垃圾处理技术的制约因素从垃圾角度主要包括城市特征与垃圾物理构成、垃圾产量、垃圾的热值、生活方式、城市政策等;从处理技术本身角度包括投资和运行费用、对环境潜在的二次污染等。文中给出了垃圾因素影响处理技术的决策图,并指出最终垃圾处理技术的选定主要由城市垃圾产量、物理组成和热值三个主要因素确定,因此在决定垃圾处理技术之前,需要对这三个因素进行准确预测,可采用组合预报方法来实现。
The decisive factors influencing the choice of treatment technology include city characteristics,MSW components,MSW production and heat value,living style of citizens, etc.. On the other hand investment and operation cost,potential secondary pollution of a method also influence its application.The decision graph from those decisive factors to the treatment methods was proposed in this paper and it was shown that MSW components,production and heat value are the main three factors for MSW treatment method decision.Before the treatment method was chosen?熏 these three factors should be predicted accurately,which can be carried out with help of combination forecast.
