慢性手足癣患者免疫功能的测定

ASSAY OF THE IMMUNOLOGICAL FUNCTION OF THE PATIENTS WITH TINEA MANUS ET PEDIS

对50例慢性手足癣患者进行体液免疫和体内、外细胞免疫功能的测定。结果表明:患者免疫球蛋白属正常范围;癣菌素皮肤试验中迟发反应阳性率降低;在癣菌素和PHA 作用下,患者白细胞移动指数降低;淋巴细胞转化率及E—玫瑰花结形成率降低;与健康人相比存在显著性差异。

In this paper,the humoral and cellulerimmunological tests were carried out in50 cases of tinea manus et pedis,with30 normal individuals as control.Theresults indicated that the immunoglobulinsIgG IgA IgM were normal.and thedeleyed positive reaction of trichophytinskin test in vivo was decreased underthe specific and unspecific antigen,thecellural immunological tests in vitro,such as LMI.LTR,E-RFCR werelowered than that control.The LMIT wasmore sensitive for the patient.Therefore,These findings suggested the cellular im-munological decrease was a manifestationof the patients with tinea manus et pedis.
