对糖尿病患者进行生活方式干预的饮食状况调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过对糖尿病患者进行生活方式干预,研究糖尿病二级预防方法。方法:参照国际认可的糖尿病低危组5个变量,对患者进行生活干预。实施前后研究问卷调查,结果经SPSS软件处理。结果:两组比较,病人在食物换算、标准体重测算、随诊体检、血糖控制和基本知识的掌握上优良率比显著,均P<0.01;但在食物搭配,尤其对总热量控制、每餐蔬菜量、定时血糖监测上不理想,均P>0.05。结论:要达到糖尿病的二级防治,不能只停留于健康知识的灌输,而应实施科学、合理的生活方式干预并跟踪其遵医行为,才能使患者提高自我管理的实际能力。 Objective: To study the Ⅱ level prevention for diabetes with life style intervention. Method: Use the 5 variable of low-danger group which recognized by international to intervent the life style of diabete. An investigation were performed before and after the intervention. The results were statisticed by SPSS. Result: Patients in diet conversion,standard weight count, follow-up health examination, blood glucose controlled and the grasp of the basic knowledge were heightened statistically significant (P<0.01);But in food arrangement ,especially in the control of total calorie,the quantity of vegetable and timing blood glucose examine were worse (P>0.05). Conclusion: The prevention of diabetes in Ⅱ level cannot stay on the level of learning health knowledge. We must make reasonable life style intervention to prove the patients capability of management by themselves.
