摘要
目的:评价可拆卸腹腔镜器械的灭菌效果。方法:将两种腹腔镜器械认真彻底清洗后,用同一方法灭菌后进行细菌学检测。结果:可拆卸腹腔镜器械的灭菌后细菌学检测合格率达100%,不可拆卸腹腔镜器械的灭菌后细菌学检测合格率达仅占87.54%。结论:可拆卸的腹腔镜器械灭菌效果达标,为确保医疗安全,建议购买可拆卸的腹腔镜器械。
Objective: To evaluate disinfection effect of able-dismantled celioscope instruments. Method: After concienciously laundered the two celioscope, using same method of sterilization and bacteriology inspection. Result: The qualified rate of able-dismantled celioscope is 100%, the unable dismantled celioscope is only 87.54%. Conclusion: The effects of sterilization of the dismantled celioscope is standard, to protect the medicine safe ,we introduce to buy able-dismantled celioscope.
