外科重症监护室无创正压通气应用的护理探讨

The Surgering Nursing in SICU by the Application of Non-injury Positive Pressure Ventilation

目的:评价外科重症监护室(SICU)无创正压通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法:对40例急性呼吸衰竭患者随机分两组,实验组用无创性面罩正压通气,对照组行气管内插管正压通气,观察通气前后动脉血气分析中pH、PaO2、PaCO2、以及SpO2、EpCO2的变化;观察临床症状的变化。结果:40例患者临床症状明显改善,血气分析中pH、PaO2、PaCO2、以及SpO2、EpCO2等参数比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:无创正压通气是治疗急性呼吸衰竭的一种安全有效、护理人员容易掌握的方法。

objective: To evaluate the effect of non-injury positive pressure ventilation in treating acute respiratory failure. Method: 40 cases with acute respiratory failure were divided into two groups, experiementing group applied with non-injury positive pressure ventilation by veil , comparing group with positive pressure ventilation by endotracheal intubation . Observing the changes before and after the ventilationin arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO_2 ), PH value , arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide ( PaCO_2) the same time . and SpO_2, EpCO_2 , in the mean while observing the changes of clinical symptom .Result : 40 cases clinical symtom were improved obviously , There's significant difference in the parameter in pH, PaO_2, PaCO_2 and SpO_2 , EpCO_2 ( P< 0.05) . Conclusion : It's safe and easy to grasp method for the nurses to treat acute respiratory failure by non-injury positve pressure ventilation.
