摘要
结合一些国家对人身损害赔偿立法的比较,对死亡赔偿的含义、构成要件等提出了自己的观点,探讨了我国死亡赔偿制度立法的思路和途径。
Compared with compensation laws in personal detriment of some countries, the economic and legal methods were used to explain death compensation and its composition, and the thought of death compensation law established in China was put forward.
