摘要
采用蒸馏水及渗透势为-0.2MPa(轻度胁迫)、-0.5MPa(中度胁迫)、-1.0MPa(重度胁迫))的PEG(聚乙二醇)溶液处理12个早熟禾品种的种子,测定其发芽率.结果表明:除在-0.2MPa浓度下,品种优异和解放者的相对发芽率出现上升趋势外,其他品种的种子发芽率均随处理浓度的增大而减小.并对12个品种进行抗旱性排序.
Treated with distilled water and PEG solution with different osmotic potential of -0.2MPa,-0.5MPa, -1.0MPa, the paper studied the effect of PEG on seed germination of Poa pratensis L.. The result showed that the germination percentages of different varieties were increased along with the osmotic potential augmenting except the Merit and Liberator in -0.2MPa, and the rank of drought resistance for the twelve varieties was also proposed.
