摘要 试验的菌种是从宁夏固原山区完全自然生长的土种健康产蛋母鸡的大肠和盲肠中分离获得的,共分离出51株菌株.通过对这51株菌株的菌落形态的观察和革兰氏染色镜检.筛选出11株进行了乳杆菌属的生理生化鉴定,初步确定为乳杆菌(Lactobacillus).再通过糖醇类发酵产酸鉴定,确定6株为类布氏乳杆菌(L.parabuchneri),4株为短乳杆菌(L.brevis),1株为戊糖乳杆菌(L.pentosus).各项鉴定结果均符合乳杆菌属和种的鉴定标准. The bacterial species in this experiment were isolated from the large intestine and blind intestine of healthy local hens growing in the total natural environment in the mountain area of Guyuan, Ningxia. 51 strains were isolated. Though the observation of colonial morphology and Gram staining, 11 strains were identified physiologically and biochemistrically according to the diagnostic characteristics of Lactobacillus and were preliminarily defined as Lactobacillus. Through the identification of fermentation and acid producing of sugar and alcohol, 6 strains were defined as L. parabuchneri, 4 strains as L. brevis, and 1 strain as L. pentosus. All the results were coincidental to the identification criteria of genus and species of Lactobacillus.
