犊牛衰弱症血清中钙、磷含量和碱性磷酸酶活性的测定

Measurement of the Calcium,Phosphorus Contents and Activity of Alkaline Phosphatase in the Serums of the Neonatal Feeble Calf

选用澳系黑白花奶牛产后衰弱犊牛10头,通过颈静脉采血获得血清,测定钙、磷含量和碱性磷酸酶的活性.与正常值相比,血清钙的含量差异不显著(2.440±0.277 mmol/L和2.440±0.200 mmol/L)、血清磷的含量差异不显著(2.300±0.326 mmol/L和2.430±0.130 mmol/L)、血清中钙磷比值显著偏低(1.080±0.204和1.500～2.000)和碱性磷酸酶的活性差异极显著(317.683±76.730 U/L和69.000±13.200 U/L).结果表明:产后衰弱犊牛与钙、磷的营养状况有一定的关系.

The serums were get from the blood of the neck vein of ten neonatal feeble calves from the Australian Holstein, the contents of calcium,phosphorus and activity of alkaline phosphatase in the serums were measured. Compared with the control, there are no significant differences in the contents of calcium(2.440±0.2770mmol/L vs. 2.440±0.200mmol/L), phosphorus(2.300±0.326mmol/L vs. 2.430± 0.130mmol/L). The ratio between calcium and phosphorus (1.080±0.204 vs. 1.500～2.000)is lower and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(317.683±76.730U/L vs. 69.000±13.200U/L)is higher than the control. There is a certain relation between the neonatal feeble calves and the nutritional status of Ca,P.
