Strategy to Develop Baoshan Teachers'College

以区域经济社会发展的客观需求为出发点,结合学校自身的条件,试图找到适合保山师专的个性化的办学定位。未来10年,保山师专的办学定位宜为:以本科师范教育为主,以本专科高职教育和多种形式的成人教育为辅,立足滇西、服务全省,积极辐射南亚东南亚,推动区域社会经济发展的多科性教学型大学,发展步骤最好经过保山师专———保山师范学院———保山学院(或滇西学院)。

This paper is intended to make a study of strategies of developing Baoshan Teachers'College with its own characteristics in line with the regional economy,social development and its actual condition.In10years,we should decide on a development strategy for Baoshan Teachers'College through the course of Baoshan Teachers'College,Baoshan Teachers'College with a4-year higher education program,Baoshan Comprehensive College,taking as main task the training of teachers with a4-year higher education program plus professional education program and adult edˉucation,taking in the students from every regions of Yunnan Province and the Southeast Asia.
