不同生长年限黄芪中总皂苷、黄芪甲苷、总黄酮及多糖含量比较 被引量:27

摘要 [目的]比较不同生长年限黄芪中总皂苷、黄芪甲苷、总黄酮及多糖的含量.[方法]采用比色法测定黄芪中总皂苷、总黄酮及多糖的含量,采用薄层扫描法测定黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量.[结果]1,2,3年生黄芪中总皂苷的含量分别为0.793,0.803,0.991mg/g,黄芪甲苷分别为0.163,0.170,0.203mg/g,总黄酮分别为0.303,0.353,0.527mg/g,多糖分别为32.12,23.42,16.68mg/g.[结论]不同生长年限黄芪中主要成分含量差异较大,随着生长年限的增加,黄芪中的总皂苷、总黄酮及黄芪甲苷含量均增高,而多糖含量则降低. OBJECTIVETo compare the contents of chemical components in Astragalus membraneaceus (Fisch.)Bge.(APS) from different growth years.METHODSThe contents of total (astragaloside,) astragaloside total (flavonids) and polysaccharides was determined by colorimetry method, astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by dual wavelength flying spot thin layer chromatography scanning.RESULTSThe contents of total (astragaloside) from the annual,the biennial and triennial plant of Astragalus were 0.793, 0.803 and 0.991mg/g, (respectively.) And that of astragaloside Ⅳ were 0.163,0.170 and 0.203mg/g, the total (flavonids) were 0.303,0.353 and 0.527mg/g, and polysaccharides were 32.12, 23.42 and 16.68mg/g, respectively.CONCLUSIONThe contents of chemical components from different growth years were different, and the contents of total (astragaloside,) total (flavonids) and astragaloside Ⅳ with longer grouth years were higher, and the contents of polysaccharides were reduced while the plants growing up.
