藻酸双酯钠治疗30例不稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症

Clinical observation for treating 30 cases of unstable angina pectoris with (hyperlipemia) with the polysaccharide sulfate

[背景]观察藻酸双酯钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症的临床疗效.[病例报告]将60例UAP患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组加用藻酸双酯钠(PSS)治疗,疗程为2周.治疗组2周后总有效率为92%,对照组为68%,两组间有显著性差异;治疗组病人血清胆固醇和甘油三酯值明显降低,两组间亦有显著性差异.[讨论]常规治疗加用PSS是有效地控制不稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症的有效方法.

BACKGROUNDTo investigate the clinical observation of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS) in treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP) with (hyperlipemia.)CASE REPORTSSixty cases of unstable UAP were (randomly) divided into the control group and curative group. The cases in curative group were (treated) by the (routine) method combined with PSS, and the therapeutic course lasted for two weeks. The (effective) rates were 92% in the curative group and 68% in the control group after two weeks.DISCUSSIONRoutine treatment combined with PSS is an (effective) method to control UAP.
