摘要
对钕铁硼粘结磁体进行了阴极电泳处理,研究了各工艺参数对膜厚及性能的影响,从而确定了最佳工艺参数。经最佳工艺条件处理的粘结磁体耐蚀性能为:耐高温高湿性大于468h,耐盐水性大于48h。该工艺已成功地应用于批量生产中,年处理能力达到千万件。
The bonded NdFeB permanent magnet was athodically electropainted. The effect of film technological parameters on the thickness of the magnet was researched. As a result, the optimum conditions was determined. After treating under optimum conditions, the excellent corrosion resistance of the bonded magnet was achieved, with temperature- and humidity-fast resistant time of 468h, brine-fast resistant time of 48h. The cathodic electropainting technology and treating process have been successfully applied to mass production, with a capacity of tens of million pieces per year.
