Carrying Out the Idea of“Three Represents”,Strengthening the Ideological and Political Education of Students

加强大中专学生思想政治工作是新时期提高学生思想政治素质的必然要求,围绕这一工作,可采取如下措施:切实引导团员青年认真学习贯彻党的十六大精神和“三个代表”重要思想,用科学的理论武装青年学生的头脑,构筑团员青年的精神支柱;全面加强团的组织建设、队伍建设和制度建设,保证思想政治工作的经常化、制度化和规范化;积极营造健康向上的思想氛围,努力扩大思想政治工作的辐射力;千方百计创设共青团思想政治工作的有效载体。

It is inevitable requirement to strengthen the work o f student’s ideology and politics of university, junior college and special sec ondary school. We can take the following measure around this work.We should guid e the League members and the youth to study and carry out the essence of the Par ty’s Sixteenth Conference and the key ideas of “Three Represents”,arm the you ng students’ mind with scientific theories to form their spiritual prop. We sho uld also strengthen the construction of the League’s organization,group and sys tem in order to ensure the regularity,regulation and standardization of the ideo logical and political work,to create a healthy ideological atmosphere, to expand the influence of the ideological and political work,and try to set up the effec tive carrier for the League ideological and political work.
