粮食安全已成为各国共同关心的问题,面对来自各方面的压力与挑战,我国的粮食安全问题应充分利用本国的各种资源来解决。在控制人口增长的基础上,大力发展粮食生产,重心应放在有效地制止耕地减少、提高土地生产能力上。
