摘要
档案利用者研究是档案利用理论的重要组成部分。档案信息利用与否主要取决于利用者而非提供者本身,由于种种原因造成了档案利用过程中大量的潜在性需求。因此,加强对档案利用者尤其是潜在利用者的研究,积极采取措施加以改进和消除档案利用者的潜在需求,并将其转化为现实性需求是十分必要的。
The research of file users is an important part in fi le using theory. Whether the file information could be used or not depends on th e user, not the provider. For some reasons a lot of potential needs are caused i n the file using process. It is necessary for us to realize these reasons, to ta ke some active measures to improve and eliminate them. And this will change the potential needs into practical needs. It is necessary to further study the file users, especially the potential users.
