大骨节病患者软骨中组织蛋白酶D的活性

ACTIVITY OF CARTILAGE CATHEPSIN D IN PATIENT WITH KASHIN-BECK DISEASE

本文测定了大骨节病和非骨关节病患者的关节软骨溶酶体组织蛋白酶D活性。结果表明,大骨节病患者组织蛋白酶D 活性不论是游离型或是酶的总活性均较非骨关节病患者的酶活性升高,游离型与酶总活性的比值也增大。

Activity of lysosomal cathepsin D inarthrodial cartilage was determined in pati-ents with Kashin-Beck disease and non-arthronosos.The results showed that the(?)ctivity of cartilage cathepsin D in patientwith Kashin-Beck disease was higher thanin that with non-arthronosos,whether frectype or total activity,and the activity ratioof free type to total activity was increasedtoo.
