摘要
以系统功能语言学理论为基础,从功能文体的角度,分析一篇政治演说文体———英国首相邱吉尔的"关于希特勒入侵苏联的讲话".首先在词汇-语法层探讨了语域及纯理功能之间的关系;其次考察了语篇的言语功能及其人际意义;最后讨论了语法隐喻的重要资源"名物化"的使用.揭示了这一特殊语篇类型的语言使用特点及其意义体现.
<Abstrcat> The paper applies the theory of systemic functional linguistics to the analysis of a text-'Speech on Hitler's Invasion of the U.S.S.R' by Winston S. Churchill from functional stylistics perspective. It explores the relationship between the register of the speech and the metafunctions. Then the paper examines the speech function of the text and interpersonal meaning. Finally, the author discusses the use of nominalization-the most powerful resource for creating grammatical metaphor. The paper reveals the language features of the special genre and the realization of its meaning.
