摘要
针对油泵基座进行化学成分分析、金相组织分析、载荷分析及应力分析,结果表明,基座材料晶粒粗大,组织疏松,降低了材料强度,同时基座结构的局部应力远远超过材料的强度极限,这2方面因素导致了油泵基座的断裂。
The fractured base of hot oil pump was made chemical constitution analysis, metallurgical structure analysis, load and stress analysis. The results showed that the materials strength was reduced because of the big materials grain, the loose structure, and the local stress of the fractured base exceeding the materials strength. The two factors caused the fracture.
