摘要
针对化工工业中的零件“柱塞”,因其工作环境恶劣,性能要求高,对其结构进行了重新设计,对生产工艺进行了进一步研究,采用了火焰热喷涂技术,使产品取得了良好的使用效果及经济效益。
In view of the situation of the piston working in the chemistry industry , because of its bad working environment and high requestof the function, this paper discuss the process of production and adopt the technologyof the flame thermal spray and design the constructionagain, in the end , the good usage and economic performance is obtained.
