菜籽油制备生物柴油放大实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 在20L的反应器中研究了菜籽油与甲醇在催化剂KOH存在下通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油。根据实验得到,菜籽油酯交换反应55℃、醇油物质的量比6∶1,催化剂用量可以降低到油重的0 8%,反应70min,生物柴油含量99%以上,生物柴油的总收率达到92 65%;所制备的生物柴油低温流动性能好,闪点高达155℃,其它主要性能指标符合0#柴油标准。 Biodiesel fuel was produced by transesterification of rapeseed oil with methanol in the presence of catalyst (KOH) at 20L reactor.Through experiments,the optimum reacting conditions obtained for the transesterification were set at 55℃,mole ratio of methanol to rapeseed oil 6∶1,and catalyst dosage 0.8%(on rapeseed oil mass).The contents of fatty acid methyl ester was above 99% when reacted 70min,the yield of biodiesel fuel (fatty acid methyl ester) was 92.65%.The fluidity of biodiesel fuel at low temperature was much better than that of No.0 diesel fuel and the flash point was as high as 155℃.Other principal physicochemical properties of the biodiesl fuel were similar to that of No.0 diesel fuel.
