摘要
介绍无粘结预应力钢绞线生产线组成及其对电气控制的要求。用可编程序控制器对继电回路进行控制,提高电气控制的可靠性,其模拟控制部分实现牵引机的速度与注塑量的同步;用TPY3系列调速器对牵引机的速度进行闭环控制,提高线速度的稳定性,从而提高生产效率和产品质量。
To introduce the constitute of non-coherent PC stranded wire production line and its requirement to electric control. Using programmable controller to control relay loop, reliability of electric control is improved and simulation control part can realize synchronization between speed of traction machine and plastic-coated quantity. TPY3 series speed-adjusting system can realize closed loop control to speed of traction machine, the stability of line speed is increased, so production efficiency and product quality are improved.
