癫痫灵胶囊治疗癫痫疗效分析

Analysis on Epilepsy Treated by the Therapeutic Effect of Capsule Dianxianling

目的:观察癫痫灵胶囊治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法:治疗组60例用癫痫灵胶囊治疗,对照组40例用抗癫痫药物(AEDS)治疗,疗程1年,随访1年。结果:治疗组总有效率80.0%,对照组总有效率52.5%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组脑电图明显改善。治疗组复发率10.9%,对照组复发率51.4%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫灵胶囊控制癫痫疗效显著。

Objectyive:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Capsule Dianxianling in treating epilepsy.Method:60 cases were treated with Capsule Dianxianling as the study group while 40 cases were treated with AEDs as the control group.The period of treatment is one year and the follow-up survey is also one year.Result:The total effective rate of the study group is 80.0% while that of the control group is 52.5%.There is great difference in two groups (P<0.01).The study group's result of EEG is better than before.The relapse rate of the study group is 10.9% while that of the control group is 51.4%.There is great difference in two groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Capsule Dianxianling in controlling epilepsy is obvious.
