金因肽甲硝唑复方糊剂防治干槽症的疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨金因肽甲硝唑复方糊剂防治拔牙后干槽症的临床疗效。方法657例(680颗牙)下颌阻生智齿患者随机分为4组:A组170例(176颗牙)、B组160例(170颗牙)、C组167例(168颗牙)和D组160例(166颗牙)。A组采用金因肽甲硝唑加入丁香油和数滴的卡因调成的糊剂填满牙槽窝,B组采用碘仿纱条置入牙槽窝内,C组采用置甲硝唑粉剂入牙槽窝内,D组采用常规刮治使血充盈牙槽窝内,置纱卷于上,咬紧30min后吐出。结果A组干槽症发生率明显低于C、D组(P<0.001),A组有效率明显高于C、D组(P<0.001)。结论提示金因肽甲硝唑复方糊剂能有效地防治干槽症。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of rhEGF-metronidazole solution for prevention and treatment of dvysocket after extracting tooth.Methods Six hundred and eighty mandibular third molar teeth extracted from 657 patients were randomly divided into 4 groups:group A(176 teeth)using rhEGF;group B(170 teeth),using iodoform;group C(168 teeth)using metronidazole and group D(166 teeth)using normal treatment.Results The incidence of dvysocket of group A was markedly descended and significant differences compared with groups C and D(P<0.001).Conclusion rhEGF-metronidazole can effectively prevent and treat dvysocket.
