摘要
目的研究和探讨松果体区肿瘤的手术方法。方法采用坐位经幕下小脑上入路手术切除松果体区肿瘤20例。结果肿瘤全切除13例,次全切除6例,部分切除1例,无手术死亡。结论坐位术式是切除松果体区肿瘤的最佳方式之一,它具有显露好、损伤小、全切除率高等优点。
Objective To introduce a approach for resection of pineal region tumors. methods Tweenty cases of pineal region tumors were resected by infratentorial supracerebellar approach in the patients taking sitting position.Results Among the 20 patients,13 tumors were totally removed,6 were subtotal removal and 1 was partial removal.After surgery no patient died.Conclusion The surgical approach in sitting position is one of the best choice for pineal region tumor removal,which has the following noticeable characteristics:good exposure,small damage,and high rate of total resection.
