摘要
目的探讨自体骨移植术在牙槽突裂畸形修复中的应用。方法12例唇腭裂术后牙槽突裂患者行自体骨移植术。结果12例患者中,髂骨移植7例,下颌颏部骨移植5例。术后8～9d拆线,除1例移植骨外露,去除后重新缝合,创面封闭,其余患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合。结论植骨前后应接受正畸治疗,供骨区选择应根据患者年龄、裂隙大小及需骨量等来决定,术区严密缝合是植骨成功的关键。骨移植修复牙槽突裂是一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of self-bone grafting in repair of alveolar cleft.Methods Twelve cases were repaired by self-bone grafting.Indication ,technique,results evaluation and management before and after operation were discussed.Results Among the 12 cases,7 cases received ilium bones,5 cases did lower jawbones.All patients underwent taking out stitches in 8~9 days after operation and the the edge of a knife was healed perfectly except there was a revealing of grafting bone in a case.Conclusion Bone grafting is effective to repair alveolar cleft and should be popularized.
