摘要
为了探索微波等离子推力器(MPT)羽流的特性,建立了一套Langmuir探针诊断系统并对MPT的羽流进行了诊断,得出了MPT喷管羽流的电子温度和电子数密度等重要特性参数。实验结果表明,所测参数反映了等离子体的特性,与理论计算结果基本相符,并且诊断手段简单易行,为MPT羽流诊断提供了一种实验手段。
A Langmuir probe diagnosis system was established to explore the characteristics of MPT plume in vacuum environment. Some important parameters such as electronic temperature and electron density were obtained in nozzle plume. Results of the experiment shows that the measured parameters which basically accord with theoretic calculation results can reflect the characteristics of the plume plasma. Langmuir probe is one simple method for diagnosis of plasma, and provides an experimental method for diagnosis of MPT plume.
