近几年来,高职教育迅猛发展,但高职教育学生工作已远远落后于高职教学的改革与实践。学生工作作为整个高职教育体系和人才培养极为重要的一方面,必须在工作理念、工作内容、工作方法手段、工作机制等四个方面实现转变,提高学生工作对高职教育人才培养的贡献率,促进高职教育的健康、协调、可持续发展。

In recent years,as higher vocational education is developing fast,its students'affairs work has fallen far behind the reform and practice of its teaching.As a vital aspect of higher vocational educational system and talents training,students'affairs work should make some changes in working ideas,contents,methods and mechanism in order to make it do more contributions to talent training and to facilitate healthy,harmonious and sustainable development of higher vocational development.
