摘要
大学体育学科的特征,决定了在大学体育教学中开展心理健康教育具有一般学科不具的优势。应从大学体育教学的角度出发,有组织地开展心理健康研究,强化对学生心理素质的教育和训练;改革体育课评价机制等方面着手,发挥大学体育教育在大学生心理健康教育中的作用。
The feature of the course of college P.E. decides the unique advantages in psychological health education of college.P.E. teaching.We should carry out psychological health research from the angel of college P.E. teaching,should strengthen its training,should display the function of college P.E. teaching in psychological health education of college students through reforming the assessment system of the course of P.E.
