皂化废碱液综合利用的研究

Research on How to Make Full Use of Soaping Waste Lye

经过对环己酮生产副产物皂化废碱液中和、分层和分离、蒸馏,提取油相中的无水馏分,用无水馏分作萃取剂萃取废碱液中和、分层和分离后的污水等过程,降低污水中有机酸含量,能使处理后的污水达到COD指标,消除同类技术中存在的萃取剂的醇酸酯化、萃取效率逐步降低的缺陷,在减少环境污染的同时,达到了提高原料利用率、以废治废、综合利用的目的。

Through the neutralization,demixing,separation and distillation of soaping useless lye from cyclohexanone,through extracting fractions,through using these fractions to extract the sewage after the processes of neutralization,demixing,separation and distillation,we can decrease the content of organic acid and make the disposed sewage reach the target of COD.Furthermore,the demerits of the same sort of technology.Thus the contamination of our environment is lowered.At the same time,we can achieve the aim to improve the utilizing rate of original material,to rule over waste materials with other waste materials and to make comprehensive use of waste materials.
