绿色荧光蛋白标记的芽孢杆菌在幼龄畜禽体内的动态分布 被引量:7

摘要 应用DNA重组技术构建了表达绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)的重组芽孢杆菌(Baci1010).以GFP为标记研究该工程菌在仔猪和小鸡体内的动态分布.试验结果表明:投喂含质量分数为0.1%工程菌(Baci1010)菌液的全价配合饲料12h后,在仔猪和小鸡的肠道内可检测到该工程菌的存在,36h后在小鸡盲肠内该工程菌的数量达到(155±33)×105个/g,48h后在仔猪盲肠内该工程菌的数量达到(133±35)×105个/g,在仔猪和小鸡体内,该工程菌都能在肠道内迅速复活并繁殖成为有益菌. A recombinant bacillus(Baci 1010) expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene was constructed by using recombinant DNA techniques. The dynamic distributions of Baci 1010 were studied in piglets and chickens with the GFP marker. The results showed that the Baci 1010 was observed in the intestines of piglets and chickens after 12 h by feeding the forage containing 0.1% GFP-marked bacillus. The number of Baci 1010 was (155±33)×10~5/g in the caecum of chickens after 36 h and was (133±35)×10~5/g in the caecum of piglets after 48 h. The Baci 1010 was quickly reproducing and becoming superior bacteria in the intestines of piglets and chickens.
