中药治疗糖尿病70例分析

70 CASES OF DIABETES MELLITUS TREATED WITH TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

本文总结了70例Ⅱ型糖尿病的中医辨证分型治疗。共分五型,即肾气阴两虚型,肺阴虚型,胃阴虚型,淤血型和气虚型,五型中以肾气阴两虚型最多,应用黄芪六味地黄汤治疗效果最佳,胃阴虚型,以玉女煎治疗效果最差,由此说明本病本质是虚,不宜用甘寒清热的生石膏治疗,古人所谓的“中消”,看法,似不宜遵从。

This article summarizes 70 cases of typeⅡ diabetes Mellitus treated with dialecti-cal group of chinese medical theory.Theseare divided into five groups,that is,defici-ency of kidney Qi and Yin,deficiency oflung-yin,deficiency of stomach-Yin,sta-gnant blood and deficienty of Qi.Most ofthem belong to deficiency of kidney Qi andYin,the curative effect is excellent treatedwith 黄芪六味地黄(huang qi liu wei dehuang)decoction,bnt 玉女煎(yu nüjian)is the worst in treatieg the type of deficiency of stomach.This shows that essenceof this disease is deficiency,therefore the生石膏(gypsum)is not fit for this diseaseSo the idea of“中消”(the middle emaci-ation)that the ancients thought so seemsto be corrected.
