摘要
对TNT(2,4,6—三硝基甲苯)氧化制备2,4,6-三硝基苯甲酸的工艺进行了深入的研究,结果表明氧化剂的种类、用量、加料方式及溶剂的种类对产物的收率有较大影响。TNT的较佳氧化工艺条件为:氧化20gTNT,以摩尔比为4∶1的HNO3和HCl混合液作为溶剂,采用液体加料方式加入氧化剂KClO440g,2,4,6-三硝基苯甲酸的收率最高达96%。
This paper carried on further studies on the oxidation process of TNT. Results showed that the categories, amount, feeding ways of oxidant and the choices of solvent did affect the yield of the reaction. By experiments, the optimum oxidation conditions for TNT were determined: 20g TNT as starting material, 40g oxidant with liquid feeding ways, using n(H2SO4 ):n(H3PO4 )=4:1 as solvent and catalyst, the yield of 2,4,6-trinitrobenzoic acid could reach as high as 96%.
