摘要
对不同厚度聚四氟乙烯板(简称PTFE)和LC4铝合金板,用搅拌摩擦焊(简称FSW)的方法来实现复合材料的焊接,这是一个新的探索。本试验中研究了FSW的工艺参数:焊接行走速度,搅拌头材料与形状,搅拌头旋转速度和倾斜角度等,用X衍射仪、图像分析仪等对试样的焊接区进行分析。结果显示:搅拌摩擦焊的方法可使聚四氟乙烯板材、铝合金LC4板材焊接。
Owing to the particular character of PTFE,such as lubricate character,low preface energy,low friction coefficient and so on,the experiment have been gradually changed into researching on welding issure between PTFE and LC4.Rely mainly on experiment,adopt different standardizing parameters and weld the speed of walking , mixing ratation speed of head and slope in the angle promptly in the experiment.The new phases in the stir zones have been studied by method of XRD and Topas(2) .The results show that Friction Stir Welding method can make PTFE and LC4 to join.
