Discussion on the Ethical Problems of Casualty Triage

分类是现代急救医疗体系的重要组织工作之一,尤其是对成批伤病员抢救有重要意义。本文从分类的速度与准确性的关系、分类时轻伤员与重伤员的关系、分类时伤员转运的先后顺序和分类医务人员的选择及培训四个方面,从伦理学角度进行了讨论。

Triage of casualties is very important to rescue large amount of injuries,especially to disasters.This article discusses four problems of triage of casualties from ethical aspects:the accuracy and rapidity,slightly wounded and seriously wounded,the sequence of delivery,the choice of qualified doctor and their training.
