摘要
分析船舶建造工程中半潜式船台上布置的不同船舶,能否在已知潮位下顺利下水,以及下水过程中船舶运动的最大速度和滑程;提出了船舶下水的动力学分析方法;采用三维数值积分准确计算动浮力(矩),分3个阶段全面考虑各受力的成分,采用四阶龙格-库塔方法来求解运动方程.预报结果与多次实船下水测量结果比较,表明提出的分析方法是可行的.
To know the feasibility of launching a ship from a semi-submerged slipway with known tide, a dynamic analysis method was presented to calculate ship motions, launching speed and maximum displacement. The total launching process was divided into three stages, in which the force components were analyzed in detail. A three-dimensional hull-surface integration technique was realized to get accurate transient buoyancy force and moment and a fourth order Rung-Kutta scheme was used for time-stepping the corresponding motion equations. Simulated results are compared with real ship launching data, showing a good performance of the presented method.
