摘要
通过对ISO13584(零件库)标准及其发展应用趋势的研究,自定义所需的标准接口函数集,扩充并完善PLIB 31标准;另一方面采用STEP应用协议来实现零件库信息的表达与交换,增加了一种新的零件库的实现方式;提出了一种基于网络的开放式零件库系统的总体开发模式,并讨论了此库的构造、零件信息编码、几何编程接口、标准数据访问接口SDAI的函数联编和零件库的几种信息交换的实现方法,在此基础上为零件库提供了库开发工具.
After studying the parts library (PLIB) ISO 13584 standard and its development and application, consideration is given to the aggregate of needed standard interface functions to extend and improve its geometric programming interface PLIB-31 standard. Furthermore, the representation and exchange of parts library information are realized according to the STEP application protocol (AP), and a new method is established to implement the parts library. Proposed is a kind of general developing mode of an open parts library based on the inter net. Also discussed are the PLIB construction, parts information code, geometric programming interface, programming language binding of standard data access interface (SDAI) and several implementation methods of information exchange of PLIB. Based on the above, a parts library development tool for the PLIB is put for ward.
