摘要
为避免大鼠脑组织死亡后很快发生的自溶现象,选用雄性SD大鼠,麻醉下手术进行心脏灌注生理盐水后灌注4 %多聚甲醛4 0min致动物死亡。该方法避免了脑组织自溶现象的发生,有利于脑组织切片的观察。
To avoid the autolysis of brain tissue after animal death. The cardio_perfusion technique, 4% polyformaldehyde after normal saline for 40 minutes, was used in heart beating male SD rats. This method can effectively prevent the autolysis of rat brain in brain tissue sections.
