摘要
雨污分流是按可持续发展要求,减轻城市污水对受纳水体污染,完善城市污水排放体系的有效途径之一。它是一个系统工程,从设计到实施,从决策层到工程技术人员,都应该树立统一的认识,特别在旧城区的改造之中,要自始至终地认真落实。
Diversion of rain and sewage water, an effective means to improve the urban drainage system, can reduce water pollution. As a systematic project, all the technical staff concerned should realize its importance in planning and implementation, especially in the reconstruction of a city.
